The Just A Phase volunteer training module focuses on the unique opportunities leaders have at this phase of child development and how they can leverage those opportunities to help kids and teenagers develop resilient faith.

Each of our Orange Volunteer Training kits is designed to kick-start a conversation each month with your volunteers on one topic of leadership and how it might play out in the context of YOUR church and THEIR unique group of kids or teenagers. Each monthly kit can be used to train volunteers in-person or digitally and includes:

– One printable Leader’s Guide (PDF) that describes how to lead this training and offers additional resources.
– One printable Volunteer Meeting Guide (PDF) that outlines the training agenda, including icebreakers and discussion questions.
– Four Training videos (.mp4) that will average 12 – 15 minutes in length.
