No one has more influence in a kid or teenager’s life than a parent or guardian, and small group leaders are the shortest distance between the church and the home. The Meet the Parents volunteer training module will equip your leaders to partner with parents so your ministry can have a more significant impact.

Each of our Orange Volunteer Training kits is designed to kick-start a conversation each month with your volunteers on one topic of leadership and how it might play out in the context of YOUR church and THEIR unique group of kids or teenagers. Each monthly kit can be used to train volunteers in-person or digitally and includes:

– One printable Leader’s Guide (PDF) that describes how to lead this training and offers additional resources.
– One printable Volunteer Meeting Guide (PDF) that outlines the training agenda, including icebreakers and discussion questions.
– One Training video (.mp4) that will average 12 – 15 minutes in length.
