Small group conversations—even the ones that don’t go exactly as planned— really matter. But there are a few ways you can help leaders make those conversations matter even more. The Learn to Listen volunteer training module will help your team prioritize empathy, connection, and learn to speak less and listen more.

Each of our Orange Volunteer Training kits is designed to kick-start a conversation each month with your volunteers on one topic of leadership and how it might play out in the context of YOUR church and THEIR unique group of kids or teenagers. Each monthly kit can be used to train volunteers in-person or digitally and includes:

– One printable Leader’s Guide (PDF) that describes how to lead this training and offers additional resources.
– One printable Volunteer Meeting Guide (PDF) that outlines the training agenda, including icebreakers and discussion questions.
– One Training video (.mp4) that will average 12 – 15 minutes in length.
